Illegal corruption
Usually, the word “corruption” (from Latin corruptio: bribery, venality; damage, distortion, decay;) is understood as the actions of individual bureaucrats, or relatively small groups, for example, the use of power for personal gain.
What does the bureaucrat want?
Bureaucracy is necessary for society; it maintains order and logistics, without which a complex society cannot fundamentally exist. It must be adequately paid for its work and deserves society’s respect. It is assumed that this payment should be a "reasonable" part of the country's Gross Domestic Product GDP) and include decent wages and other considerable benefits established by laws and customs paid to bureaucrats from the taxes they collect. However, two factors spoil this idyllic picture:
- The individual fights of the bureaucrats for personal interests. Each bureaucrat, starting from a small clerk, strives to:
- Receive personally as much money as possible
- Make a career, climb the hierarchical ladder, increase personal influence and prestige, and create “one’s own team.”
- Get the most out of their power and bureaucratic games like "who is more important" with other bureaucrats in the same team and other bureaucracies
- Ensure one’s own safety and “security.”
- The collective fight of the bureaucracy for its common interests. The operating bureaucracy becomes a "collective pseudo-organism" with its own culture and subconsciousness. And, like any organism, it strives to:
- Increase the team’s shares of power, money, and prestige beyond the determined by law and customs
- Increase its influence on society, its size, and hierarchy
- Get the most out of its power and bureaucratic games with other bureaucracies (from other countries, from other departments, departments, etc.)
- Ensure its safety and “inviolability,” get rid of any control “from the outside,” and control as much as possible “on the inside.”
The fact that the bureaucracy has “own interests” that contradict the interests of society, and the presence of power that allows these interests to be satisfied, leads to systemic and personal corruption. Besides, whatever the legitimate benefits are, the bureaucracy always seeks to add to them illegal ...
To achieve its goals, the bureaucracy uses two tools:
- Administrative power exercised through the army, police, stormtroopers, etc.
- An ideology that convinces people of the bureaucracy’s legitimacy and “goodness” for society. Since ancient times, different religions have played this role. In the 20th century, when the power of beliefs weakened, political parties became the “voice of the divine bureaucracy” - communist in the USSR and China, fascist in Italy, and national socialist in Germany. And the Democratic Party in the United States.
From the history of corruption
Most Americans are people of positive thinking; we are ashamed of our country’s corruption and don't even want to hear about it. The Wikipedia article "Corruption in the United States" takes up less than a page[1].”
Information about abuses and corruption in the American system of government is carefully guarded against leaking into the public sphere so as not to damage the reputation of the country and its bureaucrats. Only flashes and echoes from the most "hot scandals" reached us. And, with all this, how many of them there were! And - surprisingly, if not all - most of them are associated with the Democratic Party and the officials it supported in the elections!
The history of humanity shows that bureaucracy has always been closely connected with corruption (trading power for benefits). The USA is no exception. Suspicions of the bureaucracy’s corruption began with the very first actions of Alexander Hamilton, the first US Treasury Secretary, who played the role of prime minister. He was a strong supporter of bureaucratic rule, the founder of the Federalist Party - the ancestor of the Democratic Party.
Bribery of government officials, power peddling, and other ways to profit from them especially flourished after Jackson created the Democratic Party, his election victory, and the creation of the "Spoils System.” And in the second half of the 19th century, "Tammany Hall" - the name of the building in New York where the headquarters of the Democratic Party was located, became a symbol of the venality of politicians, a synonym for such words as corruption, intrigue, lies, theft, betrayal, ruthlessness - something like "Washington Swamp" today.
To secure advantages for themselves, various businesses, not really hiding, bribed individual politicians and entire legislative bodies and the parties that formed them. And those for quite substantial money and help in the elections readily served their employers. This process unfolded especially strongly with the brilliant growth of the economy because of the technical revolution and the formation of many monopolies in various industries - finance, railways, oil, ferrous metallurgy, steel and copper production, and agriculture. The increased amount of money in the country and illegal lobbying for laws desirable to businesses have raised corruption to a new level.
The people opposed the monopolies. In 1890, the Sherman antitrust law was passed and, for ten years (under presidents Harrison, Cleveland, and McKinley), "slept peacefully." It must have been a dream well paid for by the monopolists! And when the diehard Republican Theodore Roosevelt came to power, he took monopolies seriously. Under him, more than 30 antitrust lawsuits took place. The President firmly demanded the execution of laws and crushed monopolists through the courts, while he did not take bribes and did not allow his bureaucracy to profit. A nightmare situation - "a dog in the manger." Under President Taft, who succeeded Theodore Roosevelt, there were about 50 more antitrust cases, but the size and influence of the bureaucracy also grew significantly. Its income has increased, but not much. This was not enough for bureaucrats - appetite comes with eating.
There is a certain level of the size of the bureaucracy at which a "critical mass" is created, and the bureaucracy turns into a gang with its heroes, leaders, shared interests, and specific culture. And the gang was no longer satisfied that its members could sell themselves cheaply to businesses; the leaders wanted to have access to "big money" and "power over businesses."
A most severe and inherently unconstitutional transformation of the country was required, and the Democratic Party became its executor. The Republican Party also helped: due to the intrigue played out by its bureaucratic leadership[2]. Republicans Roosevelt and Taft were pushed to fight for the Presidency, and Democrat Woodrow Wilson, a scientist who studied bureaucracy all his life, and its enthusiastic admirer, became President. Also, because of this intrigue, the Democrats completely captured both chambers of Congress, and a rare situation of a "government trifecta" emerged - a political situation in which the same political party controls the executive branch and both chambers of the legislative branch.
President Wilson put into practice a long-standing belief (his own and that of the entire bureaucracy) that the executive, that is, the bureaucratic power, should be the country’s leader and dictate its will to the legislators. And he, relying on the democratic majority in Congress, ensured the merging of the interests of the administrative bureaucracy and those bureaucratized by the monopolies (primarily financial ones) that brought him to power.
Under Wilson, the bureaucracy merged with the Democratic Party, which became the sharp eyes, deceitful voice, raking hands, and servants of the bureaucracy. And federal employees - from clerks to generals, and professors at universities dependent on the government’s money, provide a large part of the vote for Democrats.
All this led to the formation of “crony capitalism” - a thoroughly corrupt economy in which business success depends on mutually beneficial ties between businesses and government officials. These ties provide licenses, government contracts, subsidies, etc. With the support of bureaucrats and democratic politicians, their “friends” get monopoly opportunities, which worsens the consumers’ situation, slows development, and ruins the market. Still, it benefits bureaucrats and their “chosen ones.” Today, this is especially pronounced in the information industry.
The prominent leader of crony capitalism was the Federal Reserve System, which united the interests and efforts of the "Washington Swamp" and Wall Street. The Democrats crucified America with three nails:
- The very formation of the Democratic Party of the bureaucracy (1828)
- Pendleton Act (1883)
- US Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913.
“A fish stinks from the head down”
High-ranking officials and politicians often have the illusion of permissiveness, feeling themselves above the law. It's straightforward - if we write and interpret the rules ourselves, then we are above them and morality, we should not obey them, but they should obey us. Very Important Persons don't try to hide their corrupt and immoral nature. The government of Democratic President Barack Obama has been especially heavily tainted with corruption.
… In October 2013, a scandal erupted around the website HealthCare.gov, which a private company made on behalf of the American healthcare system. The health insurance portal, which cost taxpayers $400 million, started freezing and crashing from day one. In June 2015, President Barack Obama acknowledged that the site, a major US IT project, was a "disaster.” According to some estimates, eventually, the total cost of the work was more than $2 billion! Who got them? Programmers? Then we must admit that 20-30 thousand programmers worked on the project! It sounds ridiculous.
... Obama's Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in 2010, authorized a deal with Russia that would place Canadian uranium mining company Uranium One, which owned about 20% of US uranium reserves, under the control of the Russian state corporation Rosatom. After that, Bill Clinton received half a million dollars for one speech at the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital (2.5 years' salary he received as President). And the Clinton charitable foundation, according to Newsweek, received a series of donations totaling $145 million.
... In the spring of 2014, another Obama secretary of state, John Kerry, was asked where the $6 billion allocated for supplies in the framework of the Iraqi military campaign had gone. It turned out that 2 billion dollars disappeared, and no documents explain where.
… In 2015, the Pentagon failed to report on contracts in Afghanistan worth $45 billion. Significant funds were spent on the construction and repair of non-existent Afghan schools. $486 million was spent on transport aircraft that turned out to be unnecessary and went for scrap, $43 million was spent on building an environmentally friendly gas station, and another $25 million was spent on a luxurious headquarters, which also turned out to be unnecessary.
... But the behavior of Obama's Vice President Joe Biden was the most astonishing. He, not at all embarrassed, entirely voluntarily, said in his interview that when in Ukraine the justice became interested in violations of the law by a company that paid much money to his son Hunter, he demanded the dismissal of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (foreign country!) under the threat of stopping American military aid for a billion dollars. And he achieved the discharge of his enemy in 6 hours ... Such a public self-exposure is evidence of a complete loss of moral sense and/or the onset of senile dementia. And he was elected President!
Corruption, of course, is not limited to VIPs. It has penetrated the broad masses of career and elected officials and legislators at various levels - from the US Congress to school boards, without causing them any moral repulsion or fear of prosecution. An official robbing the state does not disgust colleagues but rather causes envy and admiration, such as "well done, smart, brave ...". A lot of middle and even lower-level officials are also somehow involved in various "black" or "gray" schemes, immoral and/or simply criminal actions. Everything is covered by mutual corruption "you scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours.”
…$100 million donated to 125 problem teens education centers disappeared without a trace. No one has been prosecuted or even arrested.
… The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) used a scheme to extort money through out-of-court settlement mechanisms. Environmentalists are suing the agency for some action or inaction by the EPA. The EPA pretends it is afraid of this and enters an out-of-court settlement. This action transfers budget money to the plaintiff by prior agreement with them. In an interview, Scott Pruitt, Trump's appointed Administrator of the EPA, said he intended to shut down his department's advisory board, as it turned out that most of the experts were corrupt. They were paid by corporations promoting "new energy" and therefore interested in explaining to the country and the world that other, wrong corporations, still burning gas or coal, were to blame for climate change.
... Illinois governor was sentenced to 14 years in prison for trying to sell the Senate seat left by Obama after he was elected President. The question arises - is it out of habit? Has this place been sold before? Maybe, to Obama?
... New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was accused of secretly ordering several lane closures on a bridge connecting the state to New York in September 2013. There was a massive traffic jam. It looked like the governor had decided to take revenge on Mark Sokolich, the mayor of Fort Lee, who did not support the governor in the election.
The distribution of "corruption booty" among many medium and small clerks is essential - one way or another, everyone must be involved in criminal activity so that the "clean" ones cannot betray. Also, from time to time, they arrange demonstrative reprisals against the disobedient, for example, those who take bribes out of order or violate the "law of silence" - "omerta.” All these are typical signs of the malignant transformation of the bureaucracy.
Illegal corruption is disgusting, but it is not very dangerous for a powerful country like the United States. Much more terrible for all of us is entirely legal, but at the same time carefully concealed from people, “super-corruption” - systemic corruption of the entire bureaucracy and its “hands and voices” - the Democratic Party.
Legal super-corruption
Skimming flows
Most of the interactions of people are carried out through different flows streaming through society:
- Products, from food to cars or jewelry
- A variety of services
- Money, title deeds. shares, various derivatives
- Information
- People, etc.
The bureaucracy seeks to seize control of all more or less large flows to "skim the cream" from them in goods, services, or, in most cases, money. There are many ways to do this:
- Put “dams” on the flows - all sorts of prohibitions and restrictions invented by officials, and charge fees for obtaining permits to enter
- Charge " the passage fees" - all sorts of fees, legal or illegal, the most significant of which are the share the bureaucracy receives from all monetary and commodity transactions
- Introduce all sorts of “audits” and “expertise,” the purpose of which is to get paid for them. Moreover, to increase their income, bureaucracy creates unbelievable delays in decision-making by bureaucratic procedures. Bureaucracy approval of a large project (bridges, roads, high-rise buildings, airports, new residential areas, power plants, etc.) required expenses comparable to the construction cost and took more than a decade. For example, obtaining permits for the construction of a bridge is about 12-13 years; for the construction of a new runway in Seattle – it is 15 years; for the construction of a gold mine in Alaska – it takes 20 years.
The bureaucracy does not require special permission to construct obstacles on relatively little money; the agencies and mayor's offices introduce specific prohibitions that the bureaucrats need. But when the flows amount to hundreds of millions and more, “heavy artillery” is involved in the matter - assistance of the Democratic Party in pushing through the projects needed by the bureaucrats at various levels, up to the US Congress.
Consumers pay for the goods and services they receive to:
- Producers and "transporters” of flows. These funds are spent on production, including payment for materials, equipment, and workers (including themselves). And the surplus is primarily invested in new projects.
- Bureaucracy for allowing the creation and conduct of flows. The bureaucracy does not put any work into creating and conducting flows; it gets paid for not interfering! Or simply by robbing everyone - from producers to end consumers through excessive taxes and other fees. Bureaucracy acts as a parasite of production, market, and consumption.
In terms of the Marxism beloved by the bureaucracy, it is itself the "general exploiter." At the same time, demagogues - the ideologists of the bureaucracy, using Marx's anti-scientific speculations, seek to convince the public that greedy producers and merchants are to blame for the poor situation of consumers.
Systemic bureaucratic corruption is entirely legal; no laws prohibit the bureaucracy from getting a share from flows and creating any "bypass channels" for this. It is directed against all "subjects" of the bureaucracy at all levels. Super-corruption of the administration of an enterprise against its employees, the mayor's office against the inhabitants of a locality or city, the military system against the population of the country, the judicial system against all "virtually cognizable,” the education system against children and parents, the medical bureaucracy against patients, etc. But systemic corruption is not limited to flow control. It has a lot of "special money-making projects."
Bureaucratic superproject "Federal Reserve"
From the beginning of US history, businesses would buy individual officials and politicians cheaply. But the early 20th-century antitrust trials showed the power and enormous potential of the bureaucracy. This forced the financiers and capitalists-monopolists to reckon with the powerful new force of the "united bureaucratic gang,” which cannot be bought for pennies. And a way was devised to merge the (informal) top bureaucracy with the Wall Street monopoly elite to plunder the country jointly. This path was carried out by the Democratic Party and by a specially trained Democratic President from the bureaucracy, Woodrow Wilson, in the form of the Federal Reserve System. The FRS is a financial super-monopoly created by a Democrat-proposed law simply to mock the Sherman Anti-Monopoly Act. And this is the realization of the old dream of Alexander Hamilton about the bureaucratic management of the country and the economy.
FRS - Organized Crime System
The Federal Reserve is an independent federal agency that acts as the central bank and centralized control of the commercial banking system of the United States of America. It is the largest property in the US owned by its shareholders. The president and the presidential administration cannot dictate to the FRS, which can significantly influence US domestic and foreign policy simply by changing the lending rate (prime rate) and funding rules for both the government and businesses. For example, when the economy under Trump finally began to proliferate after a period of sluggishness under Obama, the Federal Reserve began to sharply increase interest rates (which had remained virtually zero for many years), slowing down economic growth. Indeed, the country's lost gross income would not have been superfluous during a sharp downturn due to the Covid pandemic.
Theoretically, Congress can influence the Federal Reserve through legislation. But practically ... In the 21st century, the largest corruption scandals were associated with the US Federal Reserve. After the failure of Lehman Brothers in 2008, which started an avalanche of the economic crisis, at public hearings, congressman Alan Grayson tried to find out from Federal Reserve Inspector General Ms. Coleman how their balance sheet had increased by more than a trillion dollars. The general answer was that all the money went to loans to other organizations and banks. Who specifically received this money, and under what conditions? The congressman did not get an answer either then or later; the inspector did not know this. Judging by the published materials, Ms. Coleman believed that: “we generate this money, so it’s up to us to decide what to do with it. We can give it to whomever we want or take it ourselves.” And, of course, this investigation did not provide any result, and no one was punished.
The mystery of prime rate interest
It’s incredible that most publications on financial matters, such as those on interest rates, are written so that they are almost impossible to understand, although the essence is straightforward. Interest rate - the price of obtaining a loan, that is, the price of money. The prime rate is the price of money borrowed by banks. This rate, contrary to the laws of the market, is arbitrarily set by monopolists for their benefit based on three main goals:
- The country's economy must grow so there are no real food shortages and all sorts of related problems, such as famine, riots, etc. The interests of bureaucracy and the people are aligned here
- The country's economy should be developed in a controlled way to prevent too much money from accumulating in the hands of the middle class, which could be dangerous for the power of the bureaucracy and the Federal Reserve. This is against the people
- Effective, but hardly visible to the public, ways should be implemented to pump out "surplus money" from the middle class to reduce its numbers and political influence. And this is also against the people.
The Wilsonian bureaucracy and the obedient 63rd Congress created the Federal Reserve. They gave it control of the prime interest rate, providing a huge opportunity for permanent profit to the chosen Wall Street financiers collaborating with the bureaucracy.
The Federal Reserve plays with interest rates and, at the same time, conducts commercial operations on the open market, buying and selling US government securities. It is enough to know in advance the date and amount of change in the prime rate set by them, when and in which direction it will be changed to win. Win in the "bear" or "bullish" games to increase or decrease the prices of stocks. At its core, it’s the illegal use of insider information and the violation of antitrust laws through the constant accumulation of property stolen from middle-class investors.
As soon as the market grows so strong that it becomes dangerous for the bureaucrats, they declare that too fast market growth harms the economy. They justify this with a wild fiction about "market overheating,” allegedly based on the work of John Stuart Mill, Principles of Political Economy (1848). In fact, Mill did not write about this at all!
Today, the Federal Reserve declares that “market overheating” is a situation when manufacturers and traders who do not belong to their gang accumulate too much money; the market begins to grow faster than they can rob it ... And then the mechanism is activated to counteract the growth of the economy and increase its robbery through a prime rate increase.
The money seized by the Federal Reserve is used in many ways - distributed among financiers and bureaucrats who protect financiers from courts, legalized by money laundering methods, and/or hidden in offshore accounts of gang members. There are many other applications - for example, money is withdrawn from the country to capture new markets and related power in different countries and transferred to the accounts of trusted "pet multibillionaires" who play the role of custodians of the "bureaucratic obshchak[3]". This money finances legal and illegal activities - bribing the right people, financing election campaigns and, if necessary, rigging elections[4], manipulating society through the media, creating illegal migration, maintaining "armies of bureaucracy" in welfare towns, financing organized crime groups useful to bureaucrats, etc.
Man-Made Crises
In 1928, Herbert Hoover, a brilliant engineer and scientist, and at the same time a very successful businessman (like Trump), who also had extensive experience in governing the country (8 years as Secretary of Commerce), became President. His ideal was a free market with a small but efficient government. Under him, the economy proliferated, and the middle class multiplied. Technology improved rapidly, inventions were plentiful, investment and labor productivity increased, company management improved, and production costs decreased.
All this made the "bureaucratic fosterlings of Wilson" implacable enemies of Herbert Hoover because he did not let them profit! The growth of the economy was stopped on October 23, 1929, by the stock exchange crash, which marked the beginning of the world economic crisis, the Great Depression. Bureaucracy economists tried to show that the economy’s excellent development led to such a result. But the American economist and Nobel Prize winner Milton Friedman, in his book A Monetary History of the United States, 1867-1960, showed that the leading cause of the Great Depression was the incompetence and erroneous[5] decisions of the Federal Reserve. Those interested can read https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friedman_Milton or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_Friedman
There were no mistakes; the Federal Reserve deliberately orchestrated the crisis to stop the Hoover reforms and bring "their Democratic Party" and "their man Franklin Roosevelt" to power. And, of course, to properly rob a too-rich country. As a result of the crisis, millions of people lost their savings and property. But after all, houses, roads, factories, shops, and money - all this remained, only changed owners. And guess who became the new owners?
In the second half of the 20th century, there were two major financial crises - in 1973, associated with the embargo of the Arab "masters of oil" on the supply of energy resources to the United States, and in 1987, mostly related to international markets and the unreliability of the young e-commerce system at that time. In these crises, the role of the Federal Reserve seems to be invisible. But then, in 2008, Lehman Brothers went bankrupt, bringing Barack Obama to power, just like Franklin Roosevelt's power scheme. Here, too, the role of the Federal Reserve and its takeover of massive property in home mortgages is undeniable.
Bureaucratic Superproject "Prohibition"
Under President Wilson, the bureaucracy seized power over all of America for the first time and gained access to a massive cash flow. The country’s involvement in World War I turned out to be especially effective. But there are always bureaucrats who sit far away from the military establishment and can't get their fair share of corruption, so they came up with other ways to increase their power and income. A brilliant invention of this kind was the adoption of Prohibition in America.
"Prohibition" - a nationwide ban on the sale, production, and transportation of alcohol was in effect in the United States from 1920 to 1933. It was introduced by the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution and specified by the Volstead Act. This was a brilliant victory for the Democrats over reason, thanks to the use of excellent new tools - the feminist movement and the Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which in 1920 proclaimed women's suffrage. Wilson repeated what Andrew Jackson did almost 100 years before him - he used many new, "easily manipulated" voters due to lack of experience and low education.
Prohibition allowed three birds to be killed with one stone:
- Deal a brutal blow to the market
- Provide a considerable increase in bureaucracy - the task of enforcing Prohibition was assigned to three federal agencies:
- The United States Coast Guard Law Enforcement Administration
- IRS Bureau of Prohibition
- Bureau of Prohibition of the US Department of Justice. 1,520 federal police agents were immediately assigned. In the first six months of 1920 alone, 7,291 cases were filed for violations of the Volstead Act. During 1921 the number of violation cases jumped to 29,114 and continued to rise in the next thirteen years. Probably, there has never been such an avalanche-like growth of bureaucracy in history!
- The state bureaucracy, transformed into a system of organized crime, established links with other areas of organized crime, from violators of antitrust laws to the mafia. The mafia likely ordered prohibition; it gave rise to and strengthened many criminal organizations involved in the smuggling, producing, and distributing of alcoholic beverages - bootlegging. On this basis, corruption flourished among politicians and in the police ranks. The “untouchability” of the bureaucrats made the fight against bootlegging almost impossible.
However, times are changing. The bureaucracy, having come to power under President Franklin Roosevelt, did not want to share the vast income from alcohol with the mafia, and in 1933 Prohibition was repealed, with a massive benefit for the bureaucrats - now they have taken control of all alcohol flows!
And, as always, the population paid for the bureaucracy’s income.
Bureaucratic superproject "Domestic and International help”
America is a very charitable nation. For example, in 2021, individual philanthropy gave $326.87 billion, around a $1,000 average giving per US person, including infants. Various articles of domestic and international help represent a noticeable portion of the American government budget. How effective is this help? Democrats love helping people while not forgetting their interests and the interests of their masters - the bureaucracy.
President Truman's Marshall Plan provided enormous genuine assistance to dozens of countries and hundreds of millions of people suffering from the consequences of World War II. But he did not become a hero of the Democrats. Other, not-so-successful cases were much more profitable for them.
Help as a” business"
President John Kennedy and many presidents after him have mastered the art of "useless help." For example, payments to the UN, UNESCO, NATO, WTO, and other bureaucratic monsters parasitizing America. And substantial payments to third-world countries often go into the pockets of dictators and corrupted officials.
The huge earthquake relief project for Haiti, run by former President Bill Clinton and led by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, resulted in a waste of money that did not benefit the Haitians... But Democrats loved it. Why? Quite simply – a big help project is a big business resulting in some (not known exactly, but obviously not small) part of the flows of goods and money going to the bureaucracy, both in legal and illegal ways.
Caring for the homeless
If you see in a province the oppression of the poor and the violation of justice and righteousness, do not be amazed at the matter, for the high official is watched by a higher, and there are yet higher ones over them.
Ecclesiastes 5:8, https://biblehub.com/ecclesiastes/5-8.htm
One of the most profitable bureaucratic projects has long been helping the poor. The bureaucracy allocates enormous amounts of money for this - and pays it primarily to itself, partly legally, partly - simply by stealing. It is tough to find reliable statistics on how this money is spent; this information is carefully hidden. But here's an interesting post: "Only in San Francisco: $61,000 tents and $350,000 public toilets." By: Lee E. Ohanian, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and a professor of economics at the University of California, March 9, 2021, https://www.hoover.org/research/only-san-francisco-61000-tents-and-350000-public-toilets . The homeless are cared for by various non-profit organizations. They receive money from the budgets, place orders with "their producers,” and they, of course, do not forget to share ... 61,000 dollars for a tent that costs only $400 is shared by a gang of embezzlers of our money.
This is one of the vilest projects of the bureaucracy. The Democrats - the "friends of the homeless" are very concerned that the number of their “customers” does not decrease in any way but, on the contrary, grows as the appetites of the robbers grow. Is anyone ready to believe that such outrages are happening only in San Francisco?
Caring for the sick
Helping the sick is a sacred duty of the state ... The authors who lived in the USSR for more than half of their lives were sure that nothing so ugly and dangerous for people as Soviet medicine could happen in America ... Until they got acquainted with government medical care for veterans. And bureaucracy-funded nursing homes for poor people, the very existence of which is a deadly disease. The huge death rate in these homes in New York at the beginning of the pandemic was no coincidence. But on the other hand, what an excellent income these institutions provided to the bureaucrats from state aid funds!
Bureaucratic welfare
Of course, it is possible and necessary to help those who, for one reason or another, cannot work, but, unfortunately, there is no prohibition in the laws on criminal assistance that cripple people physically and mentally. Welfare has become one of the most profitable and, by its consequences, the most terrible tools of the bureaucracy. Constant help, which does not require healthy people to work, is destructive to the psyche and health; it gives rise to the terrible effect of a "Behavioral sink.”
Ethologist John Calhoun discovered this effect in the 1960s. He and his colleagues created experimental "rat utopias" - enclosures in which the animals were provided with a comfortable existence, unlimited access to food and water, uncontrolled population growth, etc. It was found that the situation of "comfort and food without any difficulty" in biological species adapted to the struggle for existence in the natural environment leads to severe damage to physical and mental development and perverted behavior, up to hyper-aggression, sexual disorders, cannibalism, eating by females of their cubs. And complete social collapse.
In animals, a "Behavioral sink" can occur during domestication, when their natural living conditions are violated. For example, the domestication of pigs has turned intelligent and energetic wild boars into dumb domestic sows and boars. In history, situations of the implementation of the “Behavioral sink” in human societies have repeatedly arisen, for example, the degeneration of the hereditary aristocracy, the ugliness and perversion of the “golden youth” from the time of Ancient Rome to today's Ivy League universities, problems in some Indian reservations, etc.
Welfare is a typical "domestication" of people by bureaucracy, destroying their intellect, morality, and dignity, turning them into social parasites living an unnatural life. And this “herd" is surrounded by a mass of bureaucratic hordes, receiving their share of the money allocated for assistance to society.
Welfare was created according to the conventional type of reservation; it is legal, and at the same time, organized in such a way that it turned into a criminal and immoral mass project of the bureaucracy with many goals, for example:
- Creating a "reserve of votes" for the Democratic Party by defrauding and bribing poorly educated people (bad education is guaranteed by Democrats and the Democratic Teachers' Union running schools)
- Creating an army of stormtroopers for the bureaucracy and the Democratic Party to intimidate people and put pressure on society under challenging situations
- A means of ensuring the growth of the bureaucracy and its appropriation of the enormous money allocated by society to help the poor
- Ability to satisfy many bureaucrats' characteristic thirst for power.
The bureaucracy seeks to make welfare an eternal phenomenon in a straightforward way - it gives people food, weans them from earning it, destroys education, creating an eternal dependence of "welfare town pets" on their alms. A unique role in this is played by public schools, which, through the efforts of the Democratic Teachers' Union, deprive the children of the opportunity to receive a good education.
Welfare has become an effective model for the bureaucracy to form its power and opportunities to profit safely, not only in America. This model turned out to be very attractive to the bureaucracies of different countries and became one of the reasons European states opened their borders to mass migration from underdeveloped countries. People who are uneducated and unprepared for the country's everyday life are ideal for bureaucratic manipulations.
Bureaucratic superproject COVID-19
Covid-19 is a rather dangerous disease, especially for the elderly and people with preexisting conditions, those whose body resistance is on the line, and any additional health burden can cross this line and kill the body. However, the “covid panic[6]” was much worse. It was inflated by the media, pursuing two objectives: the usual striving for sensationalism to boost their ratings and trying to hurt hated by Democrats and their media, President Trump.
We do not think that the bureaucracy deliberately created Covid. But since antiquity, bureaucrats have been able to use sudden crises as resources for their strengthening skillfully. Covid-19 provided the bureaucracy and Democrats with the following “benefits”:
- Slowing down the brilliant development of the economy under Trump, which was dangerous for the power of bureaucrats
- Distracting Trump from the consistent fight against the bureaucracy and the election campaign
- The decline in Trump's popularity - a poorly educated voter is always blaming the sitting president for the situation’s deterioration, often without realizing that the decline is created by the rivals of the president precisely for this purpose
- Huge earnings of the bureaucracy on appropriating enormous amounts of money allocated for pandemic relief. Over time the bureaucratic administration, including CDC and FDA, took under control NIH and other related scientific organizations and individual scientists and allied with Big Pharma, which received vast amounts of money to provide vaccinations.
- Strengthening administrative power and infringing individual freedoms of Americans with the help of various prohibitions - lockouts, vaccine and mask mandates, bans on church events, etc. The Democratic administration was using these measures to purge resisting freedom-loving people from federal agencies, government contractors, the Army, universities, medical centers, and even private businesses, justifiably suspecting these people as current and potential opponents of the Democratic Party.
Today, it looks like from the massive publications in the remnants of the free press, that vaccines have been, at best, "ineffective but not very harmful" and that mandates were mostly anti-constitutional. But the bureaucracy is carefully hiding new information, trying to silence people who interfered with its power and earnings and exposed their lies with the help of the ready-to-oblige media.
Corruption of big technical projects
The bureaucracy "sits on the flow of money" and "skims" from them. To increase the amount of “cream,” they needed to increase the flow. The bureaucrats have perfected this technique. A “Big Goal” is set before the country, such as the triumph of our religion, race, or nation, the worldwide spread of socialism or democracy, reaching the Moon, solving the completely far-fetched Y2K problem, combating ozone holes, acid rains, global cooling and/or warming, etc. It doesn't matter what the goal is; it may well be genuine but incredibly exaggerated or false. If the goal is unattainable in principle, this is even better because when the goal is reached, the feeder will close, and it will be necessary to invent a new one, which is not easy. It must be actively promoted with the help of the media, people are instilled with its importance and perseverance, support groups are created, and all “unbelievers” are cursed ...
Democratic President Kennedy proclaimed the super-prestigious program "Apollo" - a flight to the Moon. It cost $25.4 billion and produced almost no scientific and minimal technical advancement. Still, only a tiny part of it was literally “thrown into space,” and most became income for the bureaucracy - from NASA to the Democratic Party.
Under the “Big Goal,” the bureaucracy forms a project, and the cost is assigned arbitrarily. For example, the bureaucrats determined that the F-22 aircraft should cost $100 million, started the project, then raised the price to $200 million, then to $350 million apiece, then almost half a billion. The aircraft’s weight is about 20 tons - what is there so expensive? Most of the materials are not costly; the work is done mainly on automated machines, and few people are employed ... They talk about the high cost of electronics - this is sheer nonsense; electronics is one of the cheapest things in the world. They talk about the enormous costs of design, programming, and experimental work. And this is also a lie, there are not many real designers and experimenters, and their salaries are not outrageous!
Military Hummer (Humvee) - a rough primitive design with a body of pipes and sheets of steel costs more than $ 200,000 - 5 times more than the actual cost. The Pentagon buys military computers 5 to 10 times more expensive than higher-end civilian systems, and so on. Where does all the money go?
The central part of the expenses is not the payment of designers, programmers, production workers, materials, and tests but the money the bureaucracy pays itself! Bureaucrats repeatedly inflate prices because the higher the costs, the more the "kickback.” And part of this "kickback" goes to maintaining the power of the Democratic Party in the "military-industrial" states like California, Delaware, Connecticut, etc. And everything is completely legal!
Today, one of the most potent feeders of the bureaucracy and the games of the Democratic Party is the fuss around the unconfirmed and scientifically unfounded "horror stories" of global warming. The vast amount of money allocated for this project is mainly appropriated by bureaucrats at various levels - from the UN to the mayor's offices of small towns. The standard method of stealing money is to overprice products made by companies that serve the bureaucracy repeatedly. For example, the cost of solar panels of all types does not correspond to actual prices at all - the material for them is glass or silicon, both are obtained from ordinary sand, production is straightforward and cheap ... And most of the money that we, taxpayers, give for this, appropriated by the bureaucrats.
Of course, this is only a superficial description. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of other tricks the bureaucrats use to rob us. Look around you, and you can see them!

[2] An example of the priorities for bureaucrats. For Republican bureaucrats, strengthening the bureaucracy was more important than their party's victory. And this is very similar to the joint intrigues of the bureaucracies of the Democratic and Republican Parties against President Trump, whom the bureaucrats hated. Up to the Democrats' financial support of Republican politicians who oppose Trump.
[3] "Obshchak" ("thieves' cash bag”) - in criminal jargon, a mutual aid fund of the criminal group, which is formed from the proceeds of illegal activity. The obshchak is controlled by powerful criminal leaders, and violations of the rules for its collection, storage, and use are severely punished.
[4] Manipulations of the “pet multibillionaires of the bureaucracy.” Mark Zuckerberg and his wife donated $419.5 million to the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and the Center for Electoral Innovation and Research (CEIR), non-profit organizations that provided grants to counties and helped fund the 2020 Democratic elections. The money was given on terms favorable to the Democrats—voting by mail, waiving the requirement for proof of citizenship, unguarded ballot drop boxes, door-to-door collection of ballots, special methods of counting ballots that open opportunities for cheating, and the like.
[5] It reminds the jokes about bartenders – they are often a little off with dispensing drinks; interestingly, for some reason, their mistakes are always to their benefit.
[6] In many cases, panic is an unreasonable reaction to danger, causing mass psychotic behavior that is much worse than the danger itself. For example, in 1989, 96 people were killed in a panic stampede in Hillsborough, England.
